What Causes Shortness Of Breath On Mild Exertion ?

Have been getting chest and arm pain, burning and pressure. Also short of breath after mild exertion. I had an angio yesterday that detected blockages in the front artery of 70% at the base and 50% in the middle. Dr stated that I am to go on a daily nitro regiment to control the symptoms. Is this the best I can do from now on?

Dear,
70 % blockage in left main is cut off for angioplasty.
But as of now no intervention needed and u can carry ur medical regimen.
But to enlight u u have to modify ur diet and have to take control of blood lipid levels along wid that as u have mild breathless on exertion so u need to take care of ur work ..
Keep regular check on ur symptoms.
