What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Tingling On The Hands?

My husband is experiencing shortness of breath, tingling all over (hands, face, etc.), feeling lightheaded and fatigued. He is able to function (still at work) but is struggling. He was recently exposed to someone with pneumonia. Could this be early signs of pneumonia?

It is unlikely be due to pneumonia. Most probably i is due to excessive anxiety. If symptoms persists, better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
