What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Pressure In The Chest While Doing Exercise?

Coronary angiogram was negative.. I have shortness of breath, mid sternal pressure worse with exercise, symptoms have become worse in last. 3-4 Months. Originally diagnosed with panic attacks. I have significant reduced exercised tolerance. Non smoker.

Hello,

When coronary issues are over ruled, the management requires other systemic approach of control of stress, anxiety and rest stuffs. A combined approach with psychotherapy, deep breathing exercises, YOGA and gradual exercise tolerance are best time tested gold standard approach for current issue.
