Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Levothyroxine won't cause shortness of breath. I have not observe this in my patients. But also check for other possibilities like infection or allergy to the other medications. Use bronchodilators if you're dyspnea, use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for 5 days. Use tablet Montelukast and Levocetirizine once a day for 5 days. If symptoms do not improve, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattur
