General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you should check your thyroid hormone levels doing T3, T4 and TSH levels because hyperthyroidism can cause often tachycardia mainly at night. Also anxiety can cause the tachycardia at night.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you all the best.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
