Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain there is a possibility that there is excessive formation of intestinal gas after taking food and it is causing bloated feeling along with shortness of breath and that is relieved with burping during which the gas is released out and you feel relieved..
Rolaids helps as it is an antacid and will help in neutrilizing acid as well as help in releasing gas..
I would suggest you to consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and he can adbise you to take H blockers like Ranitidine and antacids half an hour before meals..
You should also eat food slowly as eating too fast can trap more air..
You should also take small meals every 2 hours..
You should keep your body moving and do not follow sedantary lifestyle..
Take walk after meals..
Drink warm water..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
