I recommend: - an urgent cardiologist opinion -an electrocardiogram and echocardiogram. -a repeat angiogram if indicated -chest x-ray -blood tests (complete blood count, kidney function tests, electrolytes, cardiac enzymes, clotting parameters) -urine analysis Based on this, a treatment plan will be made.
