General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for asking at HCM.
I carefully read your question and understand your concern.
2 main things that come to mind with these symptoms is a stroke or a heart attack or arhythmia. Probably having a heart US and ECG, blood tests and probably head CT scan will be needed.
Whatever the cause might be your husband should be hospitalized and have the needed tests to be diagnosed so he can have the needed treatment and follow up.
I wish your husband gets well quick and this has been helpful to you
I find this answer helpful
