General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with short menstrual period with associated weakness increased appetite and falling asleep easily with a history of tubal ligation I will suggest you have developed one of the following disorder

Ovarian cyst
Premature ovarian failure
Hormonal inbalance

In view of this please do a pelvic scan and a hormone profile test and see a gynecologist specialist for further clinical assessment and adequate drug treatment

I hope this helps
Regards and get well soonest
