What Causes Short Periods Along With Nausea And Abdominal Cramps?

I was supposed to get my period on the 10th or 15th of this month but I got it on the 16th. It only lasted for two days, which isn t normal. I usually get a period that lasts or five or six days. On the second day my period was really heavy and I had some dark red almost black clot. The next day my period was gone nd when I wiped after pee i saw small pink blood and that was it. I feel extremely full and I just want to eat and I noticed that certain smell makes me nauseas and right now am experiencing small minor cramps/aches.
