What Causes Short Periods Along With Abdominal Bloating?
Hey, my name is Harjinder and my periods are reduced to 2 days. in the starting it was 5 days...but after some time it came to 4 and now to 2 days. and the flow is also very low..i am 25 years old and my belly becomes fat , one of my friend it s because of my periods...Please tell me is it normal or not....thanks

Irregular menses history is common phenomenon
Most of the time this could be non specific (Hormonal disturbances is the caused)
If this is long lasting and happening every month then this need to be taken care
treatment:
Wait for some time, no need to panic, chances of getting al right of this is pretty enough
have balance diet, no stress,
