What Causes Shooting Pains Below Ear To Top Of Head?
I have sharp shooting pains going up from below ear to top of my head. My doctor said this is stress, had this before last November. On tablets Nototil, contents metamizol Magnesico 575 mg. also taking one every 24 hours, Artilog 200mg. I live in Spain. Been on them a week, still feel pain.

It may be due to neuropathic pain or tension headache or occipital neuralgia etc. Use tablet pregabalin 75 mg once a day. Do neck exercises.
If symptoms not improved please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
