What Causes Shooting Pain In Feet And Legs With Normal BP?

I get shooting pains in my feet, toes shins...pain is always worse in the evening, but walking on hard or uneven surfaces definitely makes it worse. The pain is sharp, shooting, stabbing and feels like it is emanating from my bones. The pain is not in the arches of my feet nor the heels of my feet. There is also a general burning or tingling feeling in my feet. My blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar levels all test within normal ranges. I am a 56 year old female. I also suffer from cerebellar temor in my hands/fingers, left hand is worse that the right---sometimes it is difficult to turn a page, open a baggie or button my clothes. It is frustrating, embarrassing and upsetting but doesn't cause any pain. Don't know if the two are related.
