What Causes Shock Sensations That Travels Between Shoulder And Upper Torso?

I have been experiencing a shock-like feeling that travels between my left shoulder and my upper-left torso. By between, I mean that it doesn t travel from one to another, more so that it radiates or strikes in between my left shoulder and upper-left torso and the pain shocks a portion of my rib cage, and the muscles in that area. It incapacitates me in the split second that it happens and then I m okay. I saw a cardiologist who after a few months of tests told me that I had the slightest of abnormal rhythm issues but nothing to be concerned with. This shocking is different though and I don t know if it s heart related or not. I ve been told that shocking isn t heart related.
