What Causes Shock Sensation In Arms And Chest While Suffering From Anxiety?

I keep getting shock sensations in both my arms and my chest making my heart beat a little faster, I go threw this the whole day. Also with dizziness, nausea & I noticed my eye sight has been messing up along with me seeing spots. I also have very bad anxiety. Do you have any idea what this could be?

all the problems are related to anxiety neurosis.symptoms are neurogenic. neurologist may be consulted. ECG may be taken complete eye examination like visual acuity and fundus may be done.
