Respected Dr I have shivering cold problem & block nose since one month.yellow mucus hallway coming.Normally more with water after tack food. I used daily tabs as for Asthma , Montair plus 1-0-0 ,deriphyllin rated 300 0-0-1 , aerocort 1-0-1 ( pop ),

Nasal congestion for a month is more than likely related to allergies the montair would help with this.
It is used in both allergies and asthma.
In addition to this, you may need to consider a topical steroid nasal spray and a decongestant to your current med.
Eg of topical sprays are flonase, rhinocort, nasonex, nasonex
