General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It could be symptoms of malaise, and it may be due to infection viral infection is likely to condition but looking to his age other possible causes needs to be ruled out too, like bacterial infection some systemic disease, endocrine disorders, renal function disorders collagen disease and other, some time general debility could be the cause, overall it is advisable to get done the complete medical check-up, here I won't advise you to treat the symptoms, but underlying cause of malaise is a matter of concern.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
