What Causes Shivering And Extreme Fatigue?

Hi I can t stop shivering and feel exhausted at times also feel I can t concentrate probably and get brain fog sometimes and my heart sometimes beats out of rythmn,my periods are heavy too I also get irritable anxious and depressed its been like this for years,what could be the cause?

you might have developed anemia and if so iron supliment can be taken you are having anxiety neurosis so control your anxiety. yoga and meditation may help. consult naturopath expert for advise. can take counseling from clinical psychologist. take ECG and consult cardiologist.
