Hi Dear , As per your query you have very sharp spasms on my right side rib area . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like - -Liver Inflammation -Gallbladder Infection -Viral infection -Muscle spasm -Stomach related problem -Heart related problems I would suggest you to consult chest specialist for proper examination . Doctor will examination with the help of palpation , chest x-ray , ultrasound of liver and gall baldder and blood tests . Doctor may prescribe antibacterial ( amoxicillin or penicillin ) or anti viral drugs depending upon the diagnosis along with anti inflammatory and analgesic . Doctor may also refer you to specialist that is cardiologist , orthopedic surgeon or gastroenterologist if he find problem to be related with heart , muscle or bone and liver or gallbladder receptively .
