What Causes Sharp Shooting Pain In The Foot And Ankle Bone?
I have type 2 diabetes, also I broke 9 toes in a accident app. 30 years ago. Every once in a while when I put a lot of pressure on my feet, pushing off or up on my toes I will get sharp shooting pains in one or the other foot just under and forward of my ankle bone. These pains last maybe 8 to 12 hrs. and always start in the night while I m sleeping. Ideas??
