Good Afternoon, Last night I noticed my left hip began to ache slightly. Like I turned wrong. Quickly, the pain progressed. felt like I knocked my leg out of the socket, but I had no trauma. Once I went to bed, I experienced sharp stabbing pain deep in my hip. Pain began to shoot down my leg to the top of my foot and up my leg to the bottom dimples on my back. I don t know what those dimples are called but there are two one on either side of my lowest part of my spine. Laying down with heat pad and advil helped some. Taking a hot bath and allowing my leg to float helped. It almost feels better to stand allowing my leg to fall with no weight than to lay down or sit. If my leg is kept straight and no pressure is put, it feels better. However, turning is the worst pain. Along with laying on that side of my body. Labral tear? I am knew to SAn Antonio and I do not have a doctor yet. Any ideas? If it helps I have been working outside on my new house. Lots of turning and pivoting and up and down motions. I am generally healthy 44 year old female. KC Waters
