Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
It is common to have such pain after uterus surgery. This is due to healing through fibrosis. I would recommend you to get ultrasound of the abdomen to see if there is any problem in scar healing. Some time there can be scar breaking also there.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
