What Causes Sharp Pains On Right Side Of Chest Under Breast?

I have a tenderness and light pain in my right side of my right breast, under my right arm, and right shoulder blade (right under the bra strap area). Becomes more irritated when using my right arm working. I am a chef and baker and it is becoming more aggravating. Very tender and sensitive to touch these areas.

Hello
I really appreciate your concern and I will definitely help you in best possible way

Chest pain can be caused by a new of reasons like heart or lung disease, chest wall disorder and musculoskeletal injury

I would like further informationto help you better like
Your age and relevant medical history
since how long you have this problem

In my opinion you should see your doctor immediately for physical check up and investigation like EKG or an X ray chest if need be

Meanwhile you can take ibuprofen with acetaminophen combination for pain
Hot foementation may help you to an extent if it's a muscle related illness
Hope this answers your question
Best wishes
