What Causes Sharp Pains In Temple?

hi i have been having sharp pains in my right temple and my left eye has been twitching . also my left temple has been twitching abut two weeks ago i had a headache for 4 days i checked my pressure it was 158/109 but i often have sharp pains in my head off and on.

I just had gone through your question and understand your concern....
As your BP is 159/108, it is very high, specially diastolic...so mostly this is bothering you in form of temple pain..I would suggest you to start anti hypertensive drugs as soon as possible after consulting a physician...
Also would suggest you to go for your eye check up, because sometimes it can lead to temple pain..also check your blood sugar and lipid profile...
