What Causes Sharp Pains In Chest Reminiscent Of Electric Shock?

Hi I was having pain in my left elbow for last 4 months. I visited the ortho doctor few days ago and doctor diagnosed it as tennis elbow and gave medication. Pain receeded during course of medication but i feel slight tightening feeling in left upper arm. Yesterday once and again today I experienced electric shock like feeling in my left upper chest area for few seconds. I am also a patient of cervical spondylosis. Can you please advice reasons for the electric shock like feelings and whether i have to visit a cardiologist

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such symptom of electric shock like could be non specific or at the most this could be drug induced gastritis and no need to see the cardiologist, (Unless have some pre-existing cardiac condition and age related ), hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
