What Causes Sharp Pain On The Left Side Of Chest?
i have a sharp pain to the left and above my nipple - sort of in the pectoral muscle. Its sharp then goes away having a slight radiating feeling that moves to the ball of my shoulder muscle. I feel uneasy and a little light headed and a slight tightness in my neck. I did a EKG and the results we normal.

As EKG is normal this pain might be due to costo-chondritis or muscular pain or acid reflux.
Take some pain killer medicine and Omeprazole type of medicine
If there is no relief within an hour or so go for repeating of EKG or cardiac enzyme test for any cardiac ailment.
