What Causes Sharp Pain Near Ribs And Hip Along With Stomach Rumbles?
w male 40 yrs. guts gurgling and dull to sharp pains on left side front between ribs and hip! bright yellow urine. after urinating the sharp pain subsides to dull pain. i feel sick and achy. no energy and i have loose bowels. not hungry much. i feel like i need an epic bm. starting to get scared. help?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some gastro intestinal infection giving rise pain in abdomen and loose motions.
As urine is bright yellow and pain subsides after passing urine might be due to urinary tract infection as well.
Take antispasmodic medicine for pain as needed.
go for one course of Ofloxacilin, tinidazole combination medicine for 3 days.
This will work for both infections.
Take plenty of water and take light diet.
Ok and take care.
