What Causes Sharp Pain In The Middle Of The Chest?

Hi my name is Adrian, 34 year old male, I am experiencing Sharp pains in the middle of the breast, on the breast bone.... Especially after I bend over to pick something or do a fast turn or pick up something heavy... And I've been feeling tired lately since that happens... What could it be?? Thank you.

I can understand your situation and and.
Possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more.
But better to first rule out cardiac cause for your chest pain.
So get done ecg and 2d echo.
If both are normal than no need to worry for heart diseases.
Musculoskeletal pain is more likely.
So avoid movements causing pain.
Avoid bad postures in sleep. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
Start painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs.
Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
