What Causes Sharp Pain In The Lower Back On The Right Side?

i recently had a sharp pain last week in my lower left side /back and i went to see dr he gave me a shot for pain and order ct scan nurse called friday /stated ct scan did not show kidney stones. but show some signs of uric fiabroids/not sure / but want me to come in to go over the ct scan/ i was given nothing for infections but the pain is still mildly there. i am wondering what this could be.

Hello dear . There are several reasons for lower back pain . It may be muscular origine if you relate it with any exagerated activity or nerv origine if any nreve ramus is compresed by vertebral disc or narrowing if spinal canal. If is with muscular origine the, scan or mri has no changes. This way take some advil for a week an will go. If there were other problems listed before the scan or mri would show changes. This way you take s ime advil and have to visit neurologist . I wish you get well soon.
