Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain symptoms of dizziness after blowing nose along with feeling of water inside the ear with a history of
sinus infection can be due to causes like fluid accumulation behind the ear drum secondary to
post nasal drip caused by
sinusitis..
As the Eustachian tube connects the middle ear with back of nose drainage from nose can lead to infection and fluid accumulation inside the ear..
I would suggest you to take a course of oral decongestants like
Phenylephrine and nasal decongestants like
Xylometazoline..
You can also do steam inhalations..
Avoid sniffing the nose vigorously..
In case if the symptoms does not seems to improve in a week to ten days consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Otoscopy of ears can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
In case of medical treatment does not work surgical drainage of ears by putting a small incision in ear drum can help.
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
