What Causes Sharp Pain In Neck And Shoulders With Grinding Sound When Moved?

Hello, I am having some issues with my neck and shoulders. They are frequently sore, with a dull, achy soreness, that can become very sharp pain with certain movements, especially leaning on my arms on my side, or when bringing my shoulder in towards my body, and my shoulders crack occasionally when moved, often with a grinding sort of sound. The pain is usually directly on the top/centre of my shoulder, but is also occasionally on top of my collarbone. There Is also a stiffness in my neck, and a general feeling that my neck and shoulders are out of place . I am 17-years old.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, muscular condition could be likely condition but it could be very rare in this age still it can be managed with exercise alone if this fails to work then it can be managed with 'Tab Ibuprofen 200 mg" three times in day, hope this information may helps take care and have a nice day.
