What Causes Sharp Pain In Hip Radiating Towards Leg During Orgasm?

When I am getting ready to orgasm I get a really bad pain that starts in the front of my right hip and goes down the front of my leg to about my knee. Sometimes when the pain starts I have to do everything I can to stop myself from starting to orgasm. The pain is terrible and about makes me cry. This has been going on for maybe 4 or 5 years and has gotten worse. It about cripples me when I orgasm. Its all I can do to move for a couple minutes afterwards.

Sciatica refers to pain that radiates along the path of the sciatic nerve, which branches from your lower back through your hips and buttocks and down each leg . Sciatica occurs when the sciatic nerve becomes pinched, usually by a herniated disk in your spine or by an overgrowth of bone on your vertebrae . Apply warm compresses on back and leg several times a day .I would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may order X-ray , MRI , CT scan and electromyography . Doctor may prescribe anti-inflammatories , muscle relaxant , tricyclic antidepressants and anti-seizure medications . Doctor may also recommend physical therapy along with steroid injection and surgery .
