General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the striking possibility of sharp pain during ejaculation in gay person is prostatitis most likely. The common pathogens responsible for the same are gram negative bacteria E.Coli, Proteus and others.

A urine culture with prostate massage fluid culture are best tools to evaluate the underlying cause and manage accordingly. Till that time, use plenty of liquids for better relief.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
