What Causes Sharp Pain In Ear And Throat Along With Panic Attacks?
i have a very bad sharp pain in my throat and ear and sometimes under my tongue like an electric shock i have been to the doctors and hospital and gave me antibiotics which are not working the pain has become severe that i am having panic attacks as i cant breath properely i have had this on and off for about two years now but doctors dont seem to know what is causing it

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have sharp pain in ear and throat along with panic attacks . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like sore throat , acid reflux , muscle spasm and viral pharyngitis . Because of ear infection which sometimes remain persistent and leads to recurrent otitis media and ear pain. It also seems to me that you have eustachian tube dysfunction as per your symptoms .I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis. Doctor may examine by otoscopic to check level of infection. Doctor may order throat swab test , viral culture test , endoscopy and allergy test to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics amoxicillin or penicillin at least for 10 days along with decongestant , analgesic and anti inflammatory. You should do warm saline gargles , take steam twice a day and apply warm dry compresses to external ear . Keep your ear dry . Doctor may also refer you to psychiatrist for panic attack.
