What Causes Sharp Pain In Chest And Difficulty In Taking Deep Breaths?
I've been getting sharp pains in my chest and it gets worse when I take deep breaths. Also, when I sleep on my side my ribs overlap and when I sit down for to long the bottom left part of my ribs hurt. I don't know what it could possibly be. My doctor said it will go away once my depression medication sets in but I haven't noticed any changes.
Here are few advise for above two causes. Take rest.... Avoid heavy weight lift and strenous activity. Hot compress helpful in soothing... Avoid movement that causing pain... Analgesic can be taken....
Here if no improvement detail investigation done with proper respi examination by pulmonologist.... For rule out respi causes like bronchitis or any restrictive disease chest x ray and spirometry helpful.....
Of course anxiety can lead dyspnea so try to avoid anxiety. Yoga and exercise with behavioural therapy helpful.....
Take care.
