What Causes Sharp Pain In Back Radiating To Ribs With Movement?
If I make certain kind of movemenst (like twisting or reaching above my head), I feel a sharp burst of pain in the middle of my back and down to the right side of my ribs. What would make you think it is more than just muscle pain? Would more symptoms be present if I was having a Kidney, intestine, or some other organ issue?

For sharp pain in back you can take pain killer like biozobid-plus or meftal-spaz along with calcium supplements like shalcal-d or toscal-gem once daily. I will also advice you to sleep on plain surface. Do some physiotherapy exercises after an expert opinion of physiotherapist.
