What Causes Sharp Pain During Ejaculation?
Hi am addicted to mastubation since the past 10 years, most of the times even if I get satisfaction I don t get to see the sperm. Five days ago I met with my wife using usual position because she is 8month pregnant I felt a sharp pain during ejagulation and since then I kept seeing what looks like a dead semen. Please what should I do?

As per my clinical experience, the sharp pain during ejaculation can be due to:
- acute bacterial prostatitis
- acute urethritis
- calculus or gravels in the prostatic urethra
- others
Kindly, seek help with your urologist immediately for further guidance, till that time, maintain hydration with plenty of liquids and avoid further masturbation or intercourse.
