What Causes Sharp Lower Abdominal Pain Radiating Towards Groin Area?

I have sharp pain in my lower gut and then it shoots straight down to my ass and is very intence sharp pain in both then quits for a min or two if I m very still but if I move or squat or bend over it comes back worst what is this and why or how can I fix it

Hi,

Pain in the lower abdomen radiating to the groin area indicates most probably ureteric calculus or calculi. Stones in the urinary track cause radiating pain in flanks, lower abdominal area, suprapubic region, or groin and associated with urinary symptoms such as dysuria, frequency, urgency. Vomiting may or may not be there.

Clinical examination is enough to confirm the diagnosis either it is urinary or intestinal or due to other conditions. Imaging studies such as X-ray abdomen or ultrasonogram of the abdomen and pelvis helps to confirms the etiology. Visit the doctor for further evaluation.
