What Causes Sharp Left-sided Chest Pain Radiating Towards Lower Abdomen?

Hello, I have for some months now been experiencing sharp pains to the left of centre of my chest around where the pancreas is located i believe the pain is also felt in my back and in my lower abdomen (left side), my left groin and testicle, I received antibiotics (amoxy) in the summer of 2015 but slowly pain has returned and more areas are hurting especially when seated.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi thanks for asking question.
First here it could be stomatitis or ulcer or functional dyspepsia like condition.
For that omeprazole taken ...
Take more fruits with more water.
Excess spicy food avoided.

If you suffer from chronic constipation then also pain can occur...
If still pain continues USG abdomen done for further work up.
If needed h.pylori investigated by urea breath test....
If still pain continue endoscopy might needed.

Take care
