I have CHF and COPD. I have some questions on why and what is wrong when some things happen.

When I am working 2-3 hrs. a day in my cabinet shop, I can pace myself pretty good and I don't have too much body pain.

If I work fairly hard for the same amount of time, I start swelling up in the legs and the abnomen. I don't pee at all for up to 5- hrs. Whole body pain starts at about3 hrs. and will slowly get worse for about 3 hrs. more. IBP in almost any amount dosn't help at all. The pain will go away some time around 3-5 in the morning.

If I work about 7 or 8 hrs. the same as above starts. Now, the pain is more severe. I seem to get winded easier than I normally do. There is no peeing at all. Soon the right kidney achs with almost a sharp severe pain. If I keep going, the left one will start the same thing. I found out if I have a good shot of water, the sharp kidney pain goes away almost right away. If I keep on the same pace, the kidney thing starts over again...

After a hard day, it's hard to walk and even stand up straight. Some times the pain in my butt muscles is so sore that it hurts to touch it. The only thing that cures the pain seems to be time.

That night amongest sleeping in pain, I'm up every 45-60 minutes to pee. The pee is pretty strong and has a lousy smell.

I've triled up to 4 doses of 4 IBP's and this dosn't even touch the pain. As a result of that, I usually don't take any pain pills fot it at all.

My question is, What is there to look forward to, or is there anything I can do to make this quit so I can work more normal?



I take verapamil , 180 in the morning and 180, at night. Also, 12.5 mg. of hydrochlorathiazide once a day.
