What Causes Sharp Intermittent Pain In Lower Abdomen Upon Exertion?

I had a full hysterectomy in feb 2015. I ve been doing very heavy lifting lately and feel twinges of pain in both left and right sides, not at the same time. can this be strain. It feels like twinges I had before they removed my ovaries w/cyst. thank you

I really appreciate your concern, with history surgery of hysterectomy care need to be taken for such work out and in presence of symptoms it need to be investigated for underlying cause, it may be due to post surgical changes may not be danger but some time you wont be allow to perform such activity, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
