What Causes Sharp Foot Pain With Tingling Sensation?

Hi, I woke up with sharp pain in my left foot only. It is very uncomfortable to bend and flex my foot. Even if I try to wiggle my toes, it hurts. I am having difficulty walking. There is no trauma to my foot. The pain is constant and feels like a tingling sensation. Is this normal? What can be the cause?

Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you are probably having cellulitis as there is swelling and movements of ankle and foot . Whether you also have fever? Treatment of it is antibiotics and analgesic such as ibuprofen. Elevation of limb is helpful. Vitamins B and C is helpful in recovery. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to help you.Wishing you a good health. Take care.
