What Causes Sharp Burning Stabbing Pain In Rectum Radiating To The Scrotum?

I have a recurring problem, pain start in one side of my rectum, a sharp burning stabbing pain that radiates out to my scrotum and penis. The next symptom is constipation with difficulty and pain passing stool- after a day if two stool will pass but feels like it is being blocked close to anus-with great pain after a few days this slowly subsides This occurred on a two to three month basis for past year but now it is more frequent with only a few days between episodes

I understand your concern.
What problems you are describing appears that you could be having 'internal hemorrhoids' or 'fissure in ano'.
Since you have symptoms of constipation, and it is one of the precipitating factors for aggravation of symptoms associated with internal problems, you could be experiencing sharp stabbing pain and its radiation towards scrotum and penis.
It would be better for you to get evaluated and operated on it by means of cryosurgery. Kindly consult Surgeon for the assessment of your condition and its appropriate management.
