What Causes Sharp Abdominal Pain?

Ive been getting pains in my abdomen bowels stomach. After i eat i get sharp pains and throughout the day. My BM are sporadic and ive since cut out gluten as ive noticed it affects my BM as in i dont pass in three days. Is it allergies or something else?
