What Causes Shallow Breathing, Fast Heart Rate, Cold Sweat And Anxiety?

I m shaky, my breathing is shallow, and my heart began racing as I broke into a cold sweat and I ve had anxiety all day. I did drink quite a bit, but this seems different than most my hangovers. Is it just a really bad hangover, or indicative of something else?

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, these are the symptoms of anxiety and you need to look into it. If the symptoms persist then you might need to consult psychologist and if still continue then try taking beta blocker medicine like Propranol, if you have no asthma. Before that, I would recommend you to get blood test for hemoglobin and thyroid function tests.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
