What Causes Shaking Of The Body After Exposure To Sun?

Mine is only a general question regarding something I ve experienced throughout my life. I m Female, 38 years of age, asthmatic, 255 lbs (losing slowly), 5 7 tall. My question is this: no matter how limited my time in the sun, I come inside and can t stop shaking for several hours. What could be causing this? I do drink plenty of water, especially when outside in the sun.

Hi,

It may be the tremors following fatigue and stress after walking or exertion done by you. Do not worry. There is no need to take treatment. However you may consult the physician for the general check up and for any internal morbidity. After thorough examination and investigations,he might give you the proper treatment if needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
