What Causes Shaking And Shivering In Hand While Writing?

hallo there.my name is josephine 25 years of age,i want to know why my right hand shakes/shivers when i am writting or signing documents and typing a text.i can even take 2 minutes without writting so that the stiffness can disappear then i write.i feel embarrased because i cant make official signatures infornt of people and i cant write when someone is watching/or sitted with because they will laugh.please help

Hi,

In this age of 25 years, generally this type of problem is not expected to occur, this is related to brain function that is problem with dopamine chemical in brain. Sometimes, heavy dose of cigarettes or drugs or alcohol habits also can lead to problems like this. This is called as intention tremor which will not occur at rest, it will available in only with particular skilful activities of hand. You need to stop all habits if any. If not then you need to consult neurologist for drug prescription.
