What Causes Shaking After Waking Up?

hey doctors i have a problem when i wake up from sleeping i get every like 3 sec lose control of body or a little shake that makes me cant hold a thing or it gonna fall in seconds i dont know what is that when i went to the doctor he gave me some vitamns nd im taking them or about like 9 mounths nd nothing is getting better i dont know what to do and this thing as i think when i started to masterbate alot(3 times aday) but i tryed to make it less like once a week i dont know if that is the reason why but im just geusing is there any medical nd what is that ?????



please help me
