What Causes Severe Weakness In The Knees After Taking Losartan?

Recently prscribed Losartan and am unable to go upsteps without my left knee refusing to bear my weight and I fall. I believe this is the same med I took a few years ago and was unable to walk normally. I realize this is not a common symptom, but I am very worried.

Hello and welcome to Healthcamagic.
I don't think these are related one to another and losartan should not cause it. So this may be just coincidence and your knee pain may be results of osteoporosis or arthritis so you should see orthopedics for further evaluation.
I hope I have answered your query. I wish you a nice day.
