What Causes Severe Weakness In The Fingers?

This morning when I awakened I attempted to use the keyboard on my computer and when I typed the fingers on my left hand would not function. Now, at 3:30 pm my fingers on the left hand still are extremely weak and cannot depress a key on the computer keyboard. What does this mean

2. Radial Neuropathy.
3. Ulnar Neuropathy.
4. Brachial Plexus Disorder.
5. Median Nerve Palsy.
6. Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis or ALS.
7. Myasthenia Gravis.
8. Tendonitis.
